Our commitment
The Blissful Beginning is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including guests and family members who use assistive technology.
What we have done
- Every page is navigable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Form fields have programmatic labels, helper text and clear error messages.
- Informative images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and interface colours are chosen for readable contrast.
- Animation is minimal and is reduced automatically for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
- The site is built to work on phones, tablets and desktop computers, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review new pages and content as they are added, and we welcome reports of anything that is difficult to use.
