Real weddings

Real celebrations. Real responsibilities. Thoughtfully carried.

A beautiful gallery shows what the wedding looked like. A TBB case study should also show what the family needed, what the planning required and how the celebration was carried behind the scenes. These stories are our proof—never templates, never invented.

Kavya & Mihir · The Marigold, New Jersey

A full day of Ganesh Puja and Vidhi, Haldi, family meals and Garba-Sangeet required clear transitions, vendor readiness and thoughtful guest communication. TBB prepared a simplified master timeline for the venue, vendors and hosts, coordinated important food and beverage windows, organized family and vendor information and supported the celebration through the day.

The result was not simply a sequence of events. It was a family able to see its planning reflected in the small details and enjoy the people who came to celebrate with them.

“Thank you to you both for working with us diligently, paying attention to all the small details to achieve what we were hoping for.”

Bianca & Jason · Brooklake Country Club, New Jersey

This multicultural wedding weekend moved from a home Puja and Haldi to a welcome dinner, then brought Hindu and Western ceremonies, cocktails and reception into one wedding day. TBB’s work connected the family, venue and vendors across very different settings and traditions.

The planning focus included event flow, vendor communication, family responsibilities, ceremony transitions and the operational details required to help both sides of the family feel represented within one celebration.

Rudra & Heta · Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Florida

A destination engagement weekend with a welcome dinner, Puja and Yagna, meals, cocktails and reception required coordination across the venue, catering, entertainment, décor, beauty, ceremony leadership and creative teams.

TBB developed a detailed vendor packet with a directory, master event flows and vendor-specific pages showing arrival, load-in, ready times and responsibilities. The shared structure helped a complex team work from one coordinated plan.

Editorial standard

Every story must remain true.

Publish only verified weddings, responsibilities, outcomes, photographs and testimonials. Obtain couple or family approval for names, images and quotations. Credit venues and vendors accurately. TBB’s authority is strongest when the reader can trust every detail.
