Partial Planning and Wedding Management can begin later, depending on what is already complete. Full Planning begins near the start and supports strategy, venues, vendors, contracts, budget, logistics, guest experience, timelines and execution. Partial Planning joins after meaningful decisions have been made and focuses on reviewing, strengthening and completing the plan. Wedding Management is for a largely planned wedding that needs professional finalization, vendor alignment, timelines, rehearsal support where included and on-site leadership.

You do not need to decide alone. During the initial conversation, we review what is booked, what remains open, how many events and locations are involved, and how much responsibility the family wants to retain. We then recommend the most honest fit.

We use Wedding Management because successful execution cannot begin on the wedding day. We need advance time to understand the plan, review information, confirm vendors, build timelines and prepare the handoff. The exact engagement period and scope are explained in the proposal.

When key family decisions and complete vendor information are received on schedule, our goal is to prepare the core working timeline approximately four weeks before the wedding. This gives venues and vendors time to review responsibilities and resolve conflicts. The document remains controlled and may be updated as confirmed information changes.

We create an event-by-event master timeline and focused versions for the people using it. Major vendors may receive role-specific timelines showing arrival, access, setup, testing, ready time, cues, dependencies and contacts. The family receives a clear version centered on preparation, travel, portraits, ceremonies, meals and responsibilities.

No. TBB can work with professionals the family has already selected, provided the scope is appropriate and all parties agree to the necessary communication and coordination. When recommendations are requested, we present options based on fit and explain the reasons behind them.
