TBB reviews the event schedule, booked vendors, contracts, floor plans, transportation, hotel information, family responsibilities and ceremony requirements included in the engagement. We identify urgent gaps and establish a final decision list.
Vendor confirmation & readiness
Every major professional receives clear expectations.
We confirm vendor contacts, access, arrival, setup, testing, ready time and event responsibilities. We collect required documents such as certificates of insurance when applicable and organize the communication chain for the wedding weekend.
Master, family & vendor-specific timelines
The timeline becomes the shared operating plan.
TBB builds the master timeline around venue and event anchors, then prepares focused vendor and family versions. This helps each person understand the information relevant to them without searching through unnecessary detail.
Rehearsal & ceremony flow
We practice what should not be improvised.
Where included, we lead or support the rehearsal, clarify processional order, family placement, ceremony cues and handoffs. The goal is not to remove emotion. It is to remove preventable uncertainty.
Wedding-week execution
We lead the day with calm accountability.
On site, TBB manages communication, readiness checks, family movement, guest flow and transitions within the contracted scope. When something changes, we identify the responsible party, protect the most important anchors and keep unnecessary pressure away from the couple and parents.
