Vendor guidance with history and honesty
Twenty-five years of relationships. Always your decision.
Relationships built through approximately twenty-five years in the wedding industry help TBB understand more than who is available. We understand how different professionals communicate, what their work requires and how their timing affects the entire celebration.

Thoughtful vendor sourcing
A recommendation should explain why—not simply who.
We consider the wedding’s culture, scale, location, priorities, approximate investment and existing team before recommending options. We explain the fit, relevant experience, scope and practical differences so the family can make the final selection with clarity.
Apples-to-apples comparison
We compare the complete scope.
The lowest proposal is not always the lowest final cost, and the highest proposal is not automatically the best fit. TBB helps compare hours, staffing, setup, delivery, equipment, travel, overtime, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation terms and responsibilities that can change the true value of an agreement.
Practical contract review
We ask the operational questions before signing.
From a planning perspective, we review proposals and contracts for unclear timing, missing inclusions, responsibility gaps, access limitations, staffing assumptions and other details that could create confusion later. We help the family return to the vendor with organized questions and request that important clarifications be placed in writing.
Value beyond a discount
Negotiation should remain transparent.
We communicate options clearly and keep the couple or family involved. A successful negotiation may create a better price, but it may also secure the correct hours, staffing, setup time, added coverage or clearer terms. We do not promise a discount from every vendor. We work to improve clarity, fit and value before the family commits.
Relationships with responsibility
Long relationships help conversations move respectfully.
Industry history helps us communicate directly when a concern appears, but the relationship never replaces accountability. Every professional still receives clear responsibilities, readiness expectations and timeline information. Our purpose is to help the complete team succeed together for the family.
Clear and honest
Important professional boundary
TBB reviews contracts and proposals for planning and operational considerations. We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Families should consult the appropriate licensed professional when specialized advice is needed.
