Full Wedding Planning
From first decisions to final farewell, we carry the full picture.
Full Planning is for couples and families who want experienced guidance before the wedding becomes a second full-time job. TBB connects the creative vision, financial decisions, vendor responsibilities, guest logistics and event execution into one thoughtful plan.

Discovery & roadmap
We begin by defining what matters most.
Before recommending venues, vendors or ideas, we listen. We discuss the couple’s priorities, the parents’ responsibilities, cultural and religious needs, guest experience, approximate investment, event structure and decision-making process.
From that conversation, we create a working roadmap so the family knows what must be decided, in what order and why the timing matters.
Venue & vendor guidance
Vendor choices with context—not pressure.
We help source and compare venues and vendors based on fit, experience, scope, availability and practical compatibility with the wedding. Our relationships across approximately twenty-five years in the industry help us ask informed questions and understand how teams work together.
The recommendation remains transparent. We explain strengths, limitations, inclusions and important differences so the family can make the final decision with confidence.
Contract & scope awareness
The contract should match the conversation.
TBB reviews proposals and contracts from a planning perspective to identify unclear inclusions, timing conflicts, missing responsibilities, access concerns, staffing assumptions, overtime exposure and other practical questions that should be clarified before signing.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. When legal interpretation is required, we recommend that the family consult qualified counsel. Our role is to help the operational agreement become clearer and more complete.
Budget visibility & transparent negotiation
Every choice should have a place in the budget.
We maintain a working budget framework, track estimates and commitments, identify upcoming payments and help the family understand how one decision affects another.
Negotiation is not only asking for a discount. We may clarify hours, staffing, setup, delivery, overtime, added services or responsibility. The goal is transparent value and fewer avoidable surprises.
Design guidance & logistics
A beautiful weekend must also move well.
We coordinate the practical relationships among venues, catering, décor, entertainment, beauty, transportation, photography, cinematography, ceremony leadership and family readiness. We help review floor plans, event transitions, load-in windows, guest flow and operational dependencies.
Creative ideas are considered alongside timing, labor, venue rules and the experience of the people who must bring them to life.
Hotels, transportation & guest experience
Parents should welcome guests—not manage their movement.
Within the agreed scope, TBB assists with hotel coordination, rooming information, transportation planning, RSVP organization and guest communication. We help build the clear instructions that allow guests to know where to go, when to arrive and whom to contact.
Master timeline & vendor-specific timelines
Prepared approximately one month ahead—when the information is ready.
We build the event-by-event master timeline around immovable anchors and work backward through preparation, travel, setup, testing, portraits, ceremonies, meals and transitions. When key family decisions and vendor information are received on schedule, our goal is to prepare the core working timeline approximately four weeks before the wedding.
Major vendors receive focused timelines for their own responsibilities. Family members receive a clear, relevant version. Updates are controlled so the working team knows which information is current.
Rehearsal & on-site execution
On the wedding weekend, the plan becomes action.
TBB leads vendor communication, family flow, event transitions, readiness checks and on-site problem solving according to the contracted scope. Our team stays attentive to the couple, immediate family, guests and professionals so issues can be handled quietly and decisions can move through the correct person.
We cannot promise that nothing unexpected will happen. We promise professional preparation, calm leadership and a thoughtful response when it does.
