We keep information clear and current so relatives are not working from old messages or incomplete links.

We help coordinate routes, pickup locations, vehicle timing, passenger information, venue access and communication with the selected transportation provider. The plan considers loading time, elders, families with children, distance, traffic and the event anchors guests must meet.

TBB can prepare and organize approved WhatsApp or other guest messages for arrival, attire, meals, ceremonies, transportation, performances and schedule reminders. The family approves the voice and information before it is shared.

Guest counts affect seating, meals, transportation, hotel rooms and venue planning. Within the contracted scope, we help organize RSVP and rooming information so the operational teams are working from coordinated numbers and deadlines.

Where disclosed and within scope, we help account for accessibility needs, elders, dietary considerations, young children and special movement requirements. Private guest information is shared only with the people who need it for the agreed purpose.
