Partial Wedding Planning

You have begun. We bring everything together.

You may already have the venue, caterer, décor team, entertainment and creative team you want. What often remains is the work between those contracts: unanswered questions, overlapping responsibilities, missing logistics, family communication and one reliable operating plan. That is where TBB enters.

First, we understand what already exists

We begin with a planning audit.

We review what has been booked, what remains open, what the contracts say and where important information is still missing. The purpose is not to criticize earlier choices. It is to understand the plan honestly and protect the work already invested in it.

Gaps, dependencies & responsibilities

We identify the spaces between the vendors.

A venue may provide access at one time while décor needs more setup time. Entertainment may need sound check before the ceremony space is released. Photography may need the family ready before transportation has been scheduled. Partial Planning makes those connections visible early enough to address them.

Focused completion

We strengthen the remaining decisions.

TBB can recommend specialty vendors where needed, help compare remaining proposals, review practical contract terms, organize the budget and guide the couple through decisions that still affect the complete wedding experience.

Timeline & vendor alignment

We convert separate plans into one working timeline.

The master timeline is built event by event, then translated into family and vendor-specific versions. When decisions and information arrive on schedule, our goal is to circulate the core working plan approximately one month ahead so questions can be resolved before wedding week.

From organization to action

We prepare the handoff and lead the execution.

TBB confirms readiness, organizes key contacts, leads the rehearsal where included and manages on-site communication according to the contracted scope. The family can step away from coordination because the information, responsibilities and escalation path have already been prepared.
