TBB can recommend specialty vendors where needed, help compare remaining proposals, review practical contract terms, organize the budget and guide the couple through decisions that still affect the complete wedding experience.

The master timeline is built event by event, then translated into family and vendor-specific versions. When decisions and information arrive on schedule, our goal is to circulate the core working plan approximately one month ahead so questions can be resolved before wedding week.

TBB confirms readiness, organizes key contacts, leads the rehearsal where included and manages on-site communication according to the contracted scope. The family can step away from coordination because the information, responsibilities and escalation path have already been prepared.
